• Before insertion, carefully examine the anal entrance; a tube is inserted with a depth of no more than 15 centimeters.
• We introduce the solution in equal, small parts and wait about thirty minutes, trying to withstand this time for the best result.
• When introducing a hypertonic enema, it is necessary to act strictly in stages and not to skip more than one sequence, otherwise you can cause discomfort to the patient.
• It is strictly forbidden to prescribe an enema to patients with bowel disease (ulcer, acute replenishment), filled or wounded anus, hemorrhoids with complications.

In some cases, even with the presence of these complications, an enema is still prescribed if it is impossible to achieve the desired result without it. The hypertonic composition leads to a capacious extravasation of fluid in the intestine, which causes the excretion of feces, which makes it possible to facilitate the intestinal tract. Due to the dilution of fluid in the intestine, the volume of circulating blood decreases, and this may well lead to some decrease in blood pressure. With comprehensive edema, swelling of the brain, the flow of fluid from the body into the intestines has the best effect. Saline hypertonic enemas are contraindicated, as they adversely affect the mucous wall of the rectum. With systematic constipation, diseases of the rectum, enemas of other types (oil, chamomile) are attributed to excretion of feces.
