Characteristics for a nurse
In certain cases, a reference to a nurse at the request of higher authorities, during certification, presentations for awards and in other cases.
When compiling a description, you should specify:
- year of graduation from medical school (college);
- how long has the nurse been working in the department;
- possession of professional skills and manipulations;
- knowledge and observance of the sanitary-epidemiological regime;
- professional and personal qualities: observance of subordination, ethics and deontology, diligence, literacy, attentiveness, responsiveness, correctness;
- attitude towards patients;
- achievements in the profession: qualification, development of related specialties, holding nursing conferences, participation in competitions and other hospital-wide events;
- relationships with colleagues, authority, participation in the life of the team.
The characteristic for the nurse is signed by the head of the department.
