  • compliance with the rules of medical bioethics and medical deontology;
  • the ability to clearly and promptly provide first aid;
  • possession of all necessary nursing manipulations according to approved algorithms;
  • control of the diet of patients;
  • understanding and maintaining medical secrecy;
  • ability to cooperate with colleagues in a team;
  • organizing conversations and teaching patients the necessary skills for recovery and prevention of relapses and complications of diseases.

 

Each medical institution has its own assessment of the work of a nurse , taking into account the structural unit.

 

The quality of work of paramedical workers can also be judged by:

  • according to objective criteria - the patient's condition in terms of his needs (hygiene, nutrition, mood);
  • according to subjective data - reviews of the patients themselves and their relatives, opinions of colleagues.
