postheadericon Nurse Portfolio

What is a nurse portfolio and when is a “professional portfolio” required?

The structure of the portfolio of a nurse consists of several sections.

1. Portrait. Photos, resumes indicating education and the place of its receipt, work experience, duties performed are placed here. A good plus would be the inclusion of self-presentation.

2. Working materials. Regulatory documents - orders, instructions used in the work.

3. Achievements. Certifications with the assignment of qualification categories, specialization, development of related professions. Participation in competitions (for example, "Best in Profession"), field events organized by health care facilities. Awards (thanks, letters, diplomas, certificates).

4. Personal projects - attestation works, abstracts, author's presentations, scientific papers.

A nurse's portfolio in demand when looking for a job, nominating for awards, and seeking an award for professional success.
